11 Ingredients:
✔ 2 cups Seedless dates,
✔ half cup Desi jaggery,
✔ Walnuts - Almonds, Cashews - Pitta - 8 to 10 nuts each,
✔ 4 tablespoon White sesame,
✔ 4 tablespoon Ghee,
✔ half tablespoon Cardamom powder,
✔ half tablespoon Ginger powde,
✔ 1 tablespoon Black pepper powder,
✔ 1 cups rushed copra,
✔ 3/4 1 cups Hot water,
🗹 Directions:
〄 Heat ghee in a non stick pan, add walnuts, almonds, cashews, pistachios, sunflower seeds and fry for 2-3 minutes.
〄 Now add white sesame seeds to it and fry again for 1 minute. After it cools down, take out half a bowl in a mixer.
〄 Now separate the chopped gooseberry along with dates and jaggery in the mixer.to take.
〄 Now heat ghee in a pan, add amla paste and fry for 2-3 minutes.
〄 Then add date paste and mix again and fry for 2-3 minutes
〄 Add ginger powder, cardamom powder and black pepper powder and mix well.
〄 Add the prepared dryfoot sesame mixture and let it boil for 1-2 minutes.
〄 Grind the cooled mixture into grated copra. Amla Ladoo is ready.
